How to analyze the "Performance Distribution" table?

The "Performance breakdown" table in the Compare my performance with the competition dahsboard allows you to delve deeper into your analysis using key indicators such as:


  • Market share,
  • Quantity,
  • The Average Weekly Sales (or AWS),
  • And Numeric Distribution.


For example, if you want to know more about the results of your brands or EANs in the "Adult Cereals" category, you fill in the parameters in the left column and select the "Brand" option in the top right of the screen (or sub-level or EAN if that is what you want to analyze).




Once the analysis has started, the results are displayed in the table.

Here are the different KPIs available to you in the table.


  • Market share (revenue)
  • Market share (Quantity)
  • Turnover
  • Turnover (evo val.)
  • Quantity
  • Quantity (evo val.)
  • Average price (customer sales unit)
  • Promo turnover
  • Promo turnover (evo val.)
  • Promo quantity
  • Promo quantity (evo val.)
  • Promo share (turnover)
  • Promo share (quantity)
  • AWS (turnover)
  • AWS (quantity)
  • Numeric distribution
  • Volume (kg/l)


The table also includes an "Ownership" column, which indicates whether the brand or product belongs to a competitor or to your own assortment.





Tips:

  • Select the EAN view to display the "Supplier" column in the Performance Breakdown table. This column shows which supplier is linked to each EAN.
  • You can export the table as a CSV file by clicking the arrow at the top right of the table.
  • You can also manually copy selected rows and columns and paste them directly into an Excel file.


How to filter results in the Performance Distribution table?

The table has a filtering system to help you display only the results that matter to you. Click at the top of the column and apply your filters.


For example: in the Owner column, if you only want to display your own brands, select the "own" box.

If you want to go even further and display only one or more brands (or EANs), click on the button in the "Analysis Level" column and apply the relevant filters.



How do I customize my Performance Breakdown table?

Several customization options are available. You can choose to:

  • Hide certain columns
  • Sort the results in ascending or descending order
  • Pin certain columns
  • Automatically adjust your columns
  • Etc.




Save your table settings (order, columns shown/hidden) 


The platform automatically saves your configuration and keeps it for future use, even after logging out.


Example: in the “Performance Breakdown” table, you can choose to display only the KPIs Turnover, AWS (Quantity) and Numeric Distribution in that order and this display will remain by default.


To modify the displayed columns 

  1. Click on "Columns" .
  2. Select the columns to show or hide.
  3. Drag and drop the columns to change their order in the table.
  4. Your preferences are automatically saved.
